Language of the agreement. This is the English version of the document, provided for the convenience of international users. The language of the contract is Polish; in the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Polish version prevails. The binding Polish original is available at madd.im/regulamin.html and in the document centre. Nothing in this translation limits consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of Polish and EU law.

This document forms an integral part of the Terms of Use and describes the payment model of the DomaAI application, its plans, the Credit system, and the rules for cancellation and refunds. Provider: MADD Marcin Kisielinski, contact [email protected].

1. Payment methods - Apple In-App Purchase (iOS) and Stripe (web)

1.1. The payment method depends on the platform the User is on:

  • Mobile application (iOS) - payments are made exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase (IAP), in line with App Store guidelines. Apple is the merchant of record; receipts are issued and made available by Apple in the Apple ID purchase history.
  • Web version (madd.im) - payments are processed by Stripe on a secure Stripe Checkout page. The Provider is the merchant; confirmations and purchase documents are made available by Stripe / the Provider.

1.2. In neither case does the Provider accept card payments directly or store payment card data - card details are processed solely by Apple or Stripe (in accordance with the PCI-DSS standard).

2. Subscription plans

PlanPrice (PLN/month)Credit allowance / monthSelected benefits
Free0.00- (one-off welcome bonus of 1,000 credits)daily limits on basic operations
Starter (base)39.9910,000long-term memory, -5% on packs

Max549.99137,500early access to new features, -20%
Enterpriseindividualper agreementSLA, dedicated infrastructure, -25%

2.1. Subscriptions (other than Free and Enterprise) renew automatically every month until cancelled - on iOS charged by Apple, and in the web version charged recurrently by Stripe. The web version also offers a prepaid 30-day plan (including BLIK payment) which does not renew automatically - the User receives an e-mail reminder before the period ends, after which the plan reverts to Free.

2.2. Prices are stated in Polish zloty and include applicable taxes. On iOS the final price and currency in a given country follow the App Store price tiers and may differ slightly; in the web version the price in zloty is charged by Stripe.

2.3. The Provider may change prices and plan parameters for important reasons (increases in the cost of AI model providers or infrastructure, a change in the scope of features, changes in law including tax law). We will give notice of a price change for a renewing subscription by e-mail at least 30 days in advance; the change applies from the next billing period. The User may cancel the subscription before it renews. The change does not affect the current, paid period.

3. The Credit system

3.1. Credits are an internal, non-monetary unit of account used to access AI features. Credits are granted under the plan (a monthly subscription allowance; the Free plan receives a one-off welcome bonus) and may also be purchased in packs.

3.2. Indicative conversion: 1 PLN ≈ 200 credits. Credits are not a means of payment, cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable between Accounts.

3.3. Indicative cost of operations (subject to change; the Application shows current rates before an operation is performed):

OperationCost (credits)
Multi-Agent chat: solo / mini / standard / deep / deep research2 / 17 / 50 / 130 / 300

Speech synthesis (voice/TTS)105
Image generation (cheap / medium / premium)125 / 420 / 1,050
Video generation (short / premium)1,250 / 3,120

3.4. Credit packs (one-off, consumable purchase):

PackPrice (PLN)CreditsBonus

Pro10025,000+25%
Mega20060,000+50%
Ultra400150,000+88%

Product identifiers: com.bymadd.doma.pack.{pack}.

3.5. Daily/monthly limits. In addition to Credits, limits apply to the number of operations of a given type within a time window, depending on the plan. Irrespective of the Credit balance, a monthly safety limit on usage intensity also applies, depending on the plan - once it is reached, AI features may be paused until the start of the next monthly period.

4. Activation and order of use

4.1. After a purchase is successfully verified by Apple (iOS) or Stripe (web), credits and entitlements are granted without undue delay. A subscription grants a credit allowance valid for the billing period (30 days).

4.2. When using features, the subscription allowance is consumed first, then credits from purchased packs. An unused subscription allowance does not roll over after the billing period ends, unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancelling a subscription

5.1. A subscription may be cancelled at any time: a subscription bought on iOS - in Apple ID settings → Subscriptions (App Store); a subscription bought in the web version - in the Stripe customer portal available in the web application (the „Manage” button in the subscription panel). Cancellation stops further renewals; access to the plan's features remains active until the end of the period already paid for.

5.2. The Provider has no technical ability to cancel an Apple subscription on the User's behalf - a subscription bought on iOS is cancelled in Apple settings.

5.3. Cancelling a subscription does not delete the Account or its data. Account deletion is described in the Terms of Use (section 11) and the Privacy Policy.

6. Refunds

6.1. iOS purchases (Apple): refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store terms. A refund request must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Apple ID settings.

6.2. Web purchases (Stripe): refunds are handled by the Provider. A refund request may be submitted to [email protected]; an approved refund is made without undue delay and no later than within 14 days, using the same payment method via Stripe.

6.3. Once a refund is approved (an App Store Server Notification on Apple's side or a refund event on Stripe's side), our system automatically reflects the refund:

  • credit pack - the corresponding number of credits is deducted from the purchased balance (down to zero),
  • subscription - the plan is downgraded to Free and the subscription allowance is zeroed.

6.4. The Provider may independently refuse further service or withdraw granted benefits in the event of abuse of the refund mechanism (e.g. a refund requested after a substantial part of the credits has been consumed), in accordance with the law and Apple/Stripe guidelines. A consumer exercising the statutory right of withdrawal or rights arising from non-conformity with the contract is not regarded as abuse.

6.5. Consumer rights. Regardless of Apple's and Stripe's policies, consumers have rights arising from mandatory provisions of law (including those on non-conformity of digital content with the contract). In that respect complaints may also be sent to [email protected] (see the Terms of Use, section 12).

7. Right of withdrawal

7.1. Credit packs (digital content). Credits are delivered immediately after purchase. A consumer loses the right to withdraw from a contract for the supply of digital content if: (a) they gave prior express consent to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expired, (b) they acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal, and (c) the Provider gave them confirmation of the conclusion of the contract together with information about that consent on a durable medium (Article 38(1)(13) of the Consumer Rights Act). Consent is collected by a separate, express opt-in before purchase.

7.2. Subscriptions (a digital service supplied on a continuous basis). A consumer may withdraw from a subscription contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason. If, at the consumer's express request, performance began before that period expired, upon withdrawal the consumer pays an amount proportionate to the performance provided up to the moment of withdrawal (Article 35 of the Consumer Rights Act), and we refund the remaining part of the fee within 14 days. The right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed (the paid period has elapsed) with the consumer's express consent.

7.3. A withdrawal may be submitted by e-mail to [email protected], including by using the form appended to this document. For purchases made on iOS, where Apple is the merchant of record, refunds are handled by Apple under its own procedure (section 6.1), which does not deprive the consumer of claims arising from mandatory provisions of law.

8. Enterprise plan

8.1. The Enterprise plan is individually negotiated (price, limits, SLA, optional dedicated infrastructure) and may be covered by a separate agreement and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). For the Enterprise plan, please contact [email protected].

9. Taxes and invoices

9.1. iOS: tax settlement of IAP transactions is handled by Apple in accordance with applicable law; purchase documents (receipts) are made available by Apple in the Apple ID history. Web: the Provider is the merchant - a VAT invoice is issued automatically after purchase and is available in the Billing tab in the Application; invoices are also submitted to the Polish National e-Invoicing System (KSeF). For Enterprise plans settled outside IAP/Stripe, documents are issued by the Provider.

10. What happens to unused credits

10.1. Credits from packs do not expire for as long as the Account exists. An unused subscription allowance does not roll over after the billing period ends (section 4.2). If the Account is deleted, unused credits are forfeited after the recovery period (30 days) elapses; the User is informed of this before the Account is deleted.
